The owner was always helpful, responsive, and never pushy, and he has a genuine sense of trustworthiness that made the process easy. They were able to get us on the schedule quickly, and the crew did excellent work with great attention to detail. We’re very happy with the results and plan to work with them again to replace the rest of our siding. Highly recommend.

We were thoroughly impressed with the responsiveness and professionalism of the office team throughout the bidding and design process. Phone calls were answered promptly, and emails were typically returned within an hour. At no point were we left waiting for answers to our questions or confirmations for updates to our design. The siding crew delivered exceptional workmanship as well. From removing the old siding and underlayment to installing the new OSB, house wrap, siding, and trim, every step was completed to the manufacturer’s specifications. They also documented the process with photos to ensure full clarity for any future warranty needs. This company has truly earned our highest recommendation.

Fantastic experience, Cash, Paul, & Alejandro & Team where amazing. Cash was great with discussing the sale and understand what I was purchasing. Paul was great at the kick off and planning stage. But honestly Alejandro (And Team) was the star of the show. He fixed all the Rot, Installed the siding and trim like a true renaissance sculpture. Just now your thinking no way this person is for real. But I had such bad rot in my framing from older incorrectly installed block windows (probably from the 90s). Alejandro was able to fix the framing , fix the installation, install new nail fin windows with such minimum damage to the inside drywall I was shocked it was possible. I honestly couldn’t recommend this company enough. The new siding was painted and the painting went well and looks great but honestly without the core install being as nice as it was the paint would be meaningless. If your on the fence just pull the trigger, you will not be disappointed.

We worked with Homestead Exteriors to replace the siding, windows, and gutters on our home. We cannot recommend this company highly enough! Our experience was excellent from start to finish. The quoting process was stress free and educational without the feeling of being upsold on any items. The project was completed very efficiently and the quality of the work is outstanding. There was open and effective communication throughout the entire process, and any questions we had throughout were answered almost immediately. From the proposal through implementation and finishing of the siding project, everything has gone amazing. Everyone involved with the project have been professional and did a great job. We had the entire building of our 4-plex re-sided with Hardie product and the result is breathtaking. 40 years after original construction required a personal touch to restore and it exceeded all expectations. We now have a building that is beautiful and updated with the most amazing workmanship and detail!! The design result was perfect for our location in Tabernash, CO and restored the building to its original beauty!! The crew was efficient, professional and artistic. Those crew members that stayed in the units took care of them as if they owned them. Could not be more pleased with the result, cleanup and follow up by the Homestead Staff. Cash put his heart into this project from the beginning. His insight and recommendations for the extreme temperature changes and unique climate put the exquisite finishing touches on the project. He came to the site from Denver, numerous times to insure that the detail was achieved. He took a personal interest to see that his expectations were met. That kind of involvement is rare and GREATLY APPRECIATED!!

What an amazing transformation. We had a great experience from start to finish with homestead. Steve and Paul helped us work out a great design and color. They were always available and made multiple site visits. The crew was really professional and nice to work with. Karen in the office was a big help with the contracts and payments. Any concerns we had were answered right away. We have dealt with a lot of contractors fixing up our old house and this has been by far the best company to work with. Highly recommend

House looks great, Paul was on top of the project the whole time and was easy to get in touch with. Definitely recommend!
