Challenge
Jason’s cedar siding had deteriorated beyond repair and was contributing to pest issues that caused additional damage. The home’s location and terrain added complexity, and early in the installation process, a snowstorm hit—creating weather delays and making material handling and debris removal more difficult. Rock hauling off-site and rebuilding a rock wall further added to the logistical challenges.
The Solution
Using Hover 3D, we helped Jason visualize a durable, fire-conscious exterior that would still enhance the home’s appearance. Our team removed the failing cedar siding and installed James Hardie lap siding in Rich Espresso, paired with matching trim for a cohesive, low-maintenance finish. Versetta Stone accents were added to elevate the design while maintaining durability.
