Challenge
The homeowners initially reached out to replace their windows. However, full-frame window installation in a stucco home requires coordination with stucco repair around each opening. As discussions progressed and further inspection was completed, it became clear that the stucco exterior required more extensive attention.
Stucco removal revealed significant moisture buildup within the walls. Rather than performing isolated repairs, the homeowners decided to address the issue comprehensively. Removing the stucco and replacing it with James Hardie siding provided a more complete and cost-effective solution.
The Solution
Using Hover 3D renderings, we helped the homeowners visualize a full exterior transformation that incorporated new siding, windows, and doors into one cohesive design.
The project included:
- Full removal of existing stucco
- Installation of James Hardie lap siding in Arctic White
- Tricorn Black trim for contrast
- Replacement of all windows with Andersen 100 Series in black
- Installation of new ProVia front and back doors
- Painting of existing stone elements to complement the updated exterior
This approach allowed the homeowners to upgrade their windows while simultaneously resolving larger siding and moisture concerns.
Homeowner Priorities
We had a huge job of changing from stucco to siding and replacing all 44 windows. Not only was the work done well, but quickly. Workers were considerate of our space during the process. We are extremely pleased with the whole experience and it was all done at an honest price.

The home now features a complete exterior transformation with durable siding, new windows and doors, and a unified color scheme. By moving beyond isolated window replacements and addressing the stucco concerns comprehensively, the homeowners avoided future complications and achieved a long-term solution.
